The 2nd Annual Kyle B. Wilson "One of a Kind" Fundraiser will
celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of some fabulous youth who have made a committment to be great. We will
be celebrating this year on October 28th at The August Wilson Center. 2010 Scholarships were awarded to
David Smyers, Jr., Shane Yuhas, David Myers, Jr., Anthony Miller, Anthony Nixon, Amanda Garland and Kenneth Harrison

The first annual Kyle B. Wilson Scholarship
Fund fundraiser was a HUGE success. Thank you to all for helping to make the "One of a Kind"
fundraiser a success and for helping to keep Kyle's legacy alive. The Wilson Family and the Kyle B. Wilson Scholarship

and Stephawn Featherstone. Kyle B. Wilson Charity Basketball Game – March 26, 2009
In lieu of a traditional senior
project, Pehri Faulkner, Kyle’s cousin hosted a charity basketball event in Kyle’s name. The event, starring the
WAMO 106ers and Moon high school’s varsity basketball players, proved to be a success with two scholarships given to
Paul Coury ($1,000) and Eric Noyes ($525).
Kyle B. Wilson Memorial Track Meet -
May 16, 2009
The Stallions track club hosted the first ever Kyle B. Wilson Memorial Track Meet. A portion
of the proceeds were donated to the Kyle B. Wilson Scholarship Fund. The scholarship fund would like to send a special
thanks to all of the volunteers who lended a helping hand. |
